It didn't count something

Stickhandling: set the phone up where it can see the puck (the app shows how the first time), and keep the puck inside the box on the screen. A bright floor and a light on help most.
Shooting: the phone sits behind the shooter, aimed at the net, and stays still. If the phone moved, tap Move the net and the app finds the net again.
In the app, Settings › Help has a page for each of these.

Teams

Coaches send parents the team link from the Team tab. Parents tap it on their iPhone, with iCloud turned on in Settings › your name.
Kids without an iPhone practice at the coach's team station; nothing is needed on their side.

Clubs

Directors sign in on the club website or in the app with their email (a code, no password).
Coaches join a club with the club's code or invite link.
A director can delete their account in the app (Club settings › Delete my account) or on the website.

Privacy

See the privacy policy. In short: practice stays on your devices and your team's iCloud, clubs see team totals only, and there's no advertising or tracking.
